Repositioning precision: 0.01mm, the positional grooves of Toolholder are grinded by Moulding grinder machine in one process. Surface treatment: Sand blasting Material: No. Hardness HRC Tool Post: 50±2 degree after heat-treatment Toolholder: 42±2 degree after heat-treatment.
